Physical Trainer?
My new quest.... yes, I have been thinking about the possibility of me becoming a Physical Trainer. Why not? I have a Food & Nutrition Bachelor's degree. I worked as an Aerobics Instructor for several years. I'm fit, I'm healthy and I eat well (hah! for the most part anyway).
The first part of seeing whether I stick with this plan or not is go work out regularly again. I want to get it back in my blood. I remember working out so much that when I didn't I go through withdrawals. So I want to get active again and exercise a lot to make it a habit. I figure I have 30 days to do that.
Then after that, I want to look into hiring a Personal Trainer myself. Just to get an idea of the different styles and approach of different trainers. This will help me see it from their perspective. Maybe I'll get first-hand experience and see if this is something I want to do.
Once I figure that one out, then I'll look into certification. When I complete it is entirely up to me. The more time I give it, the earlier I will finish the course.
My family is supportive of my desire. So we'll see where this goes. Wish me luck guys and pray that I stick with this venture. I will keep you posted along the road of my adventure....
'Til then....
