What's going on Ava...

12 years ago, I had the most precious gift I could ever ask for. My little girl, Ava. Of course she's not so little anymore. She's almost as tall as I am. Thank goodness for high heels!

Anyway, my little girl is slowly becoming a little lady. She's so beautiful, inside and out. She's caring, sweet, kind-hearted, creative...in short, she's just every girl anyone could ever dream of being.

As with becoming a teenager - comes some changes. She and I don't always agree on things, but we always work things out. Ahhh, I remember when I was a teenager. Sorry Mom..... "I love you!" :)

Ava started 7th grade yesterday. I'll miss having my little buddy around. Here's a photo of Ava in her deep thoughts...
