Today I signed up for the "Next Food Network Star"!!! It's one of those things on my list to "just do it" - I don't ever want to look back and wonder what if.....so I did it! Let's see what happens. I have butterflies in my stomach but I'll never know unless I try. It says they'll notify me! Cross fingers....
